There are times in our lives when we could all use understanding and non-judgmental support. Therapy presents an opportunity for change, growth and increased awareness in regards to ourselves and our relationships. My focus with clients is working together to promote change through understanding, empathy and supporting them in becoming the person they truly want to be.
My Approach
My approach when working with clients is to create a respectful, collaborative and trusting relationship where they feel safe and comfortable exploring and addressing the areas in their life that they would like to be different. My approach is eclectic, Client-centered and strength-based and draws from mindfulness, emotion and attachments based principles depending on what will best support each client.
I specialize in parent support, working with couples and individuals around communication skills, phase of life changes, anxiety and building coping skills and tools to help address what has brought my clients to therapy.
It is important to me that clients find a good fit with their therapist, whether that therapist be me or someone else. Please contact me if you feel we could be a good fit, if you have any further
questions, or would like to schedule an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you.
