Therapy is a collaborative journey, and together, we’ll establish goals and create a personalized plan that aligns with your unique needs. I take a compassionate, steady approach, recognizing that lasting change takes time, especially when facing challenges that have been with you for years. While there are no quick fixes, many people start to notice meaningful shifts after just a few sessions. My goal is to offer consistent support for as long as it’s beneficial to you on your path to growth and healing.

I incorporate mindfulness-based practices and EMDR therapy, guiding adults, teens, and couples through trauma and helping them move forward with greater clarity. I have a deep passion for supporting new parents and women navigating the perinatal stage, providing a space to explore the emotional complexities of these transitions. Additionally, I work closely with the LGBTQ community, creating a safe, affirming environment for all clients, including parents of transitioning teens. My approach is rooted in empathy, helping you process difficult emotions and strengthen your relationships.

Outside of therapy, I’m a printmaker and illustrator who enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and exploring the Bay Area with my family.

If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’d love to connect. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation, and we can explore how we might work together.
