Hello there! My name is Hanna and as a therapist, I believe that we have an innate healer within each of us. My hope is that together we can activate this inner healer through talk therapy, play, drama therapy, and art, in order for you to live your best life. I am here to help people find and maintain what I like to refer to as their inner sparkle. I have helped clients work through anxiety, loss, grief, depression, low self-esteem and life transitions.

My therapeutic orientation is eclectic, encompassing trauma informed and attachment based approaches, while using play, body-based interventions and drama.

An enthusiastic, empathic and caring person, I am open to working with children, couples, adolescents, adults and families. I am currently training in Developmental Transformations, a trauma-informed embodied therapeutic improv, as well as working towards becoming a Registered Drama Therapist. Embodied practice may not be for everyone, so I like to meet clients where they are at.

I’m originally from the Bay area. My background is in theatre, arts education, and arts advocacy. I identify as an artist-healer. If this resonates with you please reach out for a free 20-minute phone consultation.
