For over 20 years I have helped empower adults and adolescents to overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief and loss and relationship issues. I am considered to be strong, direct, active and focused. By validating your feelings and exploring beliefs you hold that are no longer effective, I help you redirect energy to make positive change in your life. While change is often painful, it is almost always rewarding and exciting.
