In my role as a therapist, my purpose is to empower and guide individuals on their quest for internal alignment and healing. My dedication revolves around cultivating emotional intelligence, with a primary focus on assisting clients in uncovering their strengths and identifying triggers. I am committed to providing the necessary tools for navigating life’s challenges, fostering personal growth, and developing a resilient mindset. Collaboratively, we explore solutions to problems, encouraging a journey of self-discovery that promotes genuine internal peace and enduring contentment. Through our therapeutic partnership, you will find inspiration to dismantle self-inflicted roadblocks, paving the way for a transformative journey toward lasting well-being.

In addition to working with individuals, I have a special interest in supporting interracial and multicultural couples, recognizing the unique dynamics and cultural nuances that may arise. Emphasizing a strengths-based, systemic approach that integrates narrative, psychodynamic, mindfulness, DBT, and family systems modalities. I am committed to helping families thrive during transitional periods by fostering open communication, understanding, and resilience. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that individuals and families possess the inherent strengths needed for growth and positive change.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can determine whether I might be a good fit for you or your family’s needs.
