I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working primarily with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety/depression, trauma, and major life events including grief, peri/postpartum, and the aftereffects of infidelity. I have completed my Attachment-Focused EMDR Basic Training through the Parnell Institute.

I believe therapy is an opportunity to be more connected. Connected with yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you. Your decision to seek therapy may feel like one of the hardest things you have done, but it can also be one of the most profound.

One of the core principles of my practice is trust. Everything we do together will be built on top of this trust. Through the therapeutic relationship, I will provide a safe and judgment-free environment for our work together. I lead with a compassionate heart but will be direct, using empirically validated methods to help you reach your goals.
