River joined BAPTI in 2022 and provides administrative and program leadership. They work closely with the Clinical Director, Associates, Supervisors, Board of Directors, and our community of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality training for pre-licensed therapists in a private practice incubator environment, and affordable and responsive therapy for the community.

River is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience serving in nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, and a highly skilled experiential educator and group facilitator. They are working towards their Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the Wright Institute.
