There are a million and one reasons to seek out therapy and it is my job to get you where you want to get as quickly as possible.

I grew up and started my training in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I later moved to San Francisco, where I attended school at the Wright Institute, following my intention of being at the hub of all the latest developments in psychology.

As a result of this, and my years of training, I developed as a down to earth and efficient therapist, who uses scientifically proven approaches, based on the needs and preferences of my clients. I focus on building strong relationships, providing a space where, together, we can assess, develop and implement a plan to get you where you want to be.

I have experience working with diverse families and individuals with different problems like divorce, sleep problems and stress, behavioral issues, anxiety and trauma (including medical trauma and phobias). I have also worked extensively with teens and young adults experiencing a wide range of issues such as school and relationship issues, gender and sexual identity, sports performance, substance abuse, depression, psychosis, chronic trauma and PTSD.

I am a Wright Institute Graduate and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a BAPTI Board Member and Supervisor and a Meg Foundation for pain Board Member.

I am certified in Brainspotting and am trained in hypnosis for pain management and medical procedures.

I am a native Spanish speaker and can provide therapy both in English and in Spanish.

If you have any questions, please contact me and I will be happy to help you on your journey!
