I grew up in the Bay Area and decided early on that I wanted to be a therapist, as I have a strong interest in supporting others and guiding them to learn more about themselves. The end goal is always for my clients to be able to take the tools learned in our therapy sessions and use them when facing life’s challenges outside of therapy.

I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults with a range of presenting challenges. I trained in a variety of theoretical approaches and techniques, and I integrate these in my work with clients. My approach is person-centered and relational, incorporating narrative theories, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and family systems theory. Our sessions will be based around talk therapy, and we will work to develop healthier boundaries, positive self-talk, and resilience. Therapy can feel intimidating to some, and my goal is to make sure our space feels warm and free of judgment so that the real work can begin.

In my free time, I enjoy going on walks with my 2-year-old golden doodle, eating (or making) pesto pasta, shopping, soaking up the sun and beach time during summer, and attempting to push myself to graduate from skiing the bunny slopes during the winter.

I am currently accepting new clients of all ages.
