As I was reaching the end of my 23-year career as a professional ballet dancer, which began in Paris and ended in San Francisco, I decided to pursue a degree in Counseling Psychology at the Wright Institute, to allow me to help performing artists and athletes navigate the psychological challenges of those careers.

During this transition I developed an interest in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults around issues related to grief and loss, eating disorders and addiction.

I enjoy the collaborative process of exploring the challenges and needs that are unique to each person. I utilize a combination of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family systems in order to adapt the process accordingly.
