It takes a lot of bravery and courage to seek out help and guidance. At times, life can feel overwhelming and it is easy to get stuck in the same cycle that is not working for you. Therapy can be a rich and powerful experience of growth and change.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and teenagers to successfully reduce stress, anxiety and depression; strengthen relationships; and help deal with grief, past traumas, and internal conflict. We can collaboratively work together to enhance self-esteem and achieve greater intimacy.
I work to create a safe space where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental way.
I have experience and training in guiding people through relationship problems, divorce, shame, grief, anxiety, body image issues, and many other life transitions that are difficult to bear alone.
I received a Master’s Degree in Education at St. Mary’s College, as well as a second Master’s in Counseling Psychology.
