About This Therapist

Life’s journey involves some steep and rocky slopes. I am ready to help you find your path forward with greater ease, with a wise guide at your side. I see individuals throughout life’s journey –children, teens, adults- and couples. Your treatment will be personalized. I am able to use a variety of traditional and alternative approaches in our work. Clients come with varied concerns; perhaps you experience some of them as well: relationship issues, depression, stress, transitions, anxiety, trauma, adoption, divorce, gender, and seeking meaning in life. I am happy to collaborate with others who are helping you on your journey.

My focus is in trauma and attachment. Healthy relationships are the foundation for a happy life. Inner work can clear obstacles to connection. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy. I can process past trauma so that it no longer impacts your present, using EMDR. I treat dissociation in survivors of abuse.

Your spirituality, whatever form it may take, is welcome in my office. Finding meaning in life and accessing underlying emotions are pivotal to finding one’s path forward. I offer culturally sensitive therapy. I am also experienced in helping individuals to manage major mental illness. You are welcome in my practice, just as you are.
