You are innately wired for healing and growth. Our work will activate these inner drives. With a presence that is warm, genuine, open and non-judgmental, we deepen your resilience, wisdom, passion, and enjoyment of life. Whether you seek immediate relief from intense emotions because of loss or life challenges, or more satisfying relationships and delight in your life, connecting with a felt sense of your true self – who you are, your values and your genuine feelings, etc. – will be an important part of what we do together.
I enjoy working with adults and families, and have a special passion for working with couples, from partners who desire greater intimacy to those that have chosen to separate and now need help with co-parenting. I am delighted to work with all types of couples and relationships.
I have significant training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), a model of therapy that is rooted in attachment theory, and informal training in Multidimensional Family Therapy. I am training in grief counseling as well.
I have a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University, M.A. in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from John F. Kennedy University. My CA BBS registered intern number is 84190. Supervised by Grant Leitheiser, LMFT. CA#52224.
