About This Project

I am following a new path after careers in entertainment, education and the legal field. I was called to this helping profession by earning a master’s degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University. I believe humans find healing, growth and reduced suffering through our connections and relationships with other people. I practiced at the Pacific Center for Human Growth in Berkeley, supporting people with sexuality,  gender and relationship exploration and creating well-being.

I embrace the idea of “Learning to say YES”.

I was raised in the mid-west and lived in multi-cultural Hawaii and SF.

My work integrates a number of theories, models and styles with individuals and couples, by making a new therapy for each client.

I have advanced training in Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT). Evidence shows it helps couple’s rebuild connection to each other with heart filled attachment. EFT is great for established or newly paired couples. I work with people seeking greater emotional connection. I welcome LGBTQ, Non-binary and Open relationship folks.

I believe joy can be found in addiction recovery, greater well-being can be discovered in 12-Step and mindfulness-based recovery measures, leading to Post Traumatic Growth. Is your life a repetitive path?

I have lived the lifestyle, stresses and career choice matters of the “Gig Economy” as a freelance worker. I also know at times we don’t know how to handle good times. I can work with you to develop a mindfulness practice that invites self-compassion. Do you feel your life is a contest and you are not on a journey?

Looking to create a Flow, find your Purpose?

To see if we would be a good match I can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation (415) 903-0069.
